1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 4 daysย of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proper unboxing video/photo proof is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care & wellness products once opened
  • Used items
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless defective)

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to:
    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
    • Bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)
